We are a large ENT & allergy practice that is ever growing! We are currently looking for a medical assistant to join our team at our Buckhead practice as our triage MA. We are looking for a positive, detail oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, independent, reliable person with great people skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering calls/checking messages of patients with clinical questions/concerns.
• Portal messages from patients
• Refill requests
• Post op concern calls
• Rescheduling procedures, as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not require. Experienced at least.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
