The Operations & Clinical Excellence Senior Manager will serve as the Program Management Office (PMO) Lead and will be responsible for leadership and management of the SENTA-wide organic growth program. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and coordinate inputs across SENTA’s executive team and stakeholders across our practice sites. This role is critical to SENTA’s overall success and growth trajectory to maintain our industry-leading organization for ENT and Allergy Physicians.

  • Core Responsibilities & Capabilities:
    • Program and Project Management:
      • Builds intermediate to complex financial models and conducts financial planning and analysis to assess impact of suggested and ongoing projects on business metrics.
      • Update and maintain multiple dashboards and data sources to feed automated reporting to the extended team
      • Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians.
      • Responsible for Change Management across the organization in relation to organic growth initiatives
      • Develops and maintains a Controlling Program Management Office that provide structure, templates, systems, support, training and oversight to Project Managers with SENTA Partners
      • Creates and manages individual project work plans and contributes to overall project plan.
      • Maintain Resource allocation across projects and clearly communicates project priorities, issues, and risks to both the project team and the SENTAT PMO Steering Committee
    • Process Improvement:
      • Leverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities for process improvement
      • Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks, uses continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
      • Queries and analyzes large datasets to drive meaningful insights while proactively identifying new areas of opportunity to drive further improvements
      • Observes operations to incorporate ‘real-world’ consideration into the work
      • Distills complex business problems and conveys findings into a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of management consulting, corporate strategy, project management, or similar experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, manage teams, deliver measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects
