The Recruiter supports SENTA Partner’s talent acquisition team in finding and hiring the best suited candidates for our open roles.  The Recruiter will be comfortable with a high volume of phone calls to candidates and have the ability to determine a candidate’s potential through situational and/or behavioral interview questions.  He/she should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.  Additionally, the Recruiter should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pre-screen and interview (via phone) candidates for open positions
  • Directly communicate with hiring manager to discuss interview feedback, interview availability
  • Follow-up in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure requisitions/openings are filled with the appropriate top talent
  • Provide outstanding customer service to co-workers, candidates and hiring managers
  • Create continuous pipeline of candidates to place in available jobs
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Education/Credentials:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Some college or college degree strongly preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Experience with high volume recruiting
  • Professional telephone demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
