MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage to completion wide range of technology projects with business stakeholders. Accountable for execution, analysis, and overall success of project objectives and goals
· Build strong and empathetic relationships with all stakeholders to lead change management
· Establish business controls (automated and manual) to ensure improvements are sustained and demonstrated project business returns (ROI)
· Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
· Set up and manage the technology systems that the business uses to maintain computer and software networks
· Identify client requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
· Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
· Implement security measures
· Identify potential technology concerns, issues and/or risks, whether real or perceived, and addresses those proactively to prevent escalation
· Protect confidentiality and disclose information based on its sensitivity and on the need-to-know basis
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
· Perform other duties, as assigned
· Bachelor’s degree required in quantitative field such as Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
· Master’s degree preferred
· 3-4 years of related work experience analyzing data, healthcare experience preferred
· 3-4 years of experience in technology implementation, clinical workflow development, and related data analysis
