SENTA Partners is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This role is pivotal in sourcing top-tier talent for our network of ENT Physicians, Allergy Physicians, and Audiologists. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating job postings across various career sites and job boards, fostering partnerships with medical residency and fellowship programs, and providing essential administrative support to the broader Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care through a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This position is an in-office position in our Support Services Center in the Atlanta/Sandy Springs location. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing:

  - Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for ENT Physicians, Allergy Physicians, and Audiologists positions.

  - Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and partnerships with medical institutions.

  - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs.

- Job Postings and Advertising:

  - Create, update, and manage job postings on relevant career sites and job boards.

  - Ensure all job advertisements are accurate, compelling, and aligned with SENTA Partners' branding and values.

  - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment advertising strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

- Partnership Development:

  - Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical residency and fellowship programs.

  - Coordinate with program directors and career services to share job opportunities and engage with potential candidates.

  - Represent SENTA Partners at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.

- Administrative Support:

  - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, coordinating recruitment events, and maintaining candidate records.

  - Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment metrics and outcomes.

- Collaboration and Communication:

  - Work closely with Clinician and Staff Recruitment to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  - Maintain open and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industry.

- Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
