The Director of Operations will oversee the operations of SENTA Partners’ ENT and Allergy private practice, South Carolina ENT, Allergy & Sleep Medicine (SCENT). This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and compliant operation of our practice, driving performance improvements, and supporting our mission of providing high-quality care. The Director of Operations will collaborate closely with practice

managers, physicians, and the corporate leadership team. 

 

Operational Management:

 

  • Oversee daily operations of ENT and Allergy private practices within This includes, but is not limited to, facilities management, schedule management, equipment management, and staff supervision.

 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.

Financial Management:

 

  • Manage budgets and financial performance of

  • Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers and

  • Promote continuous learning and professional development among

 

 

 

Patient Experience:

 

  • Ensure practices deliver exceptional patient care and

 

  • Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor

 

  • Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely

 

 

 

Strategic Planning and Growth:

 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of SCENT growth

 

  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and operational

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in ENT or related specialties.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple healthcare facilities or

 

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance

 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal

 

  • Ability to analyze financial reports and develop actionable

 

  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office

 

  • Ability to travel to all SCENT locations as needed
