Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinic manager with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience in a medical office to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive and optimistic outlook, a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and overall be a great leader by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficient workflow, maintain high patient satisfaction, and adherence to best practices at both office locations.
- Oversee billing, collections, and patient service functions effectively.
- Respond and resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Help supervise and support non-clinical staff, including conducting annual performance reviews and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure both offices remain clean and organized and fully operational, including any safety and maintenance checks.
- Manage medical and office supply inventory, oversee ordering, and ensure expenses remain within budget guidelines.
- Provide support with direct patient care tasks when needed, such as during staffing shortages, employee vacations, sick leave, or periods of high patient volume.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Administrator.
