Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff across both ASCs, promoting professional development and performance excellence.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and recruitment to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality care.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Clinical Oversight:
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain a high level of clinical competency and stay current with industry standards and advancements.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and accreditation processes.

Operational Management:
- Assist in budget preparation and financial management for both facilities.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies for improvement in efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all necessary resources are available.

Patient and Family Engagement:
- Promote patient-centered care by fostering effective communication and support for patients and their families.
- Address patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Licensure:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory surgery setting, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ASC operations, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies.
