We are looking for a pleasant, customer-oriented, reliable professional to work interdependently with the Reston ENT team to help provide the highest quality patient care experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients warmly when performing check-in/out procedures
- Collect and post payments
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Ensure patient information is accurate and updated
- Review eligibility and calculate patients’ financial responsibilities prior to their visit
- Prepare medical records for patients, physicians, and other requesting entities
- Perform other administrative duties to support our practice
