Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and adherence to organizational standards. This role provides direct supervision and support to clinical staff while partnering with leadership to drive performance, consistency, and a positive patient experience. Regular travel between practice locations is required to maintain visibility, accountability, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support clinical staff across multiple clinic locations, including Medical Assistants and other clinical team members
  • Travel routinely between assigned sites to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure consistency in clinical workflows
  • Monitor patient flow, staffing levels, and clinic efficiency, making real-time adjustments as needed
  • Serve as a resource for clinical staff, providing guidance, coaching, and problem resolution
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Partner with providers and leadership to optimize clinic performance and patient satisfaction
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and competency validation of clinical staff
  • Conduct regular staff check-ins, performance feedback, and participate in performance evaluations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operations
  • Support inventory management, including clinical supplies and equipment across locations
  • Assist with scheduling coordination to ensure appropriate staffing coverage
  • Lead or support clinical meetings, in-services, and ongoing education initiatives
