Position Summary

SENTA Partners is a leading physician-led network of ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practices across the Southeast. We’re committed to empowering patients through education and access to expert care. We’re seeking a Content and Brand Management Specialist to lead SENTA’s ongoing content creation and patient engagement strategy — ensuring a consistent cadence of educational, patient-friendly, and SEO-optimized content that builds trust, enhances visibility, and motivates patients to seek care. 

This role will also manage partnerships with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) such as the Allergy & Asthma Network and the Hearing Loss Association of America, integrating their perspectives and credibility into SENTA’s educational initiatives. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone with pharmaceutical, OTC healthcare, or patient-education marketing experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Manage the ongoing production of high-quality, patient-friendly content across SENTA websites, blogs, and digital channels
  • Coordinate freelance writers and publications and manage workflows from brief, draft, clinician review, and through to publication
  • Oversee clinician review for accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with design and web teams to ensure content is visually optimized and conversion-friendly
  • Maintain the editorial calendar and track KPIs

Patient Advocacy Group Partnerships

  • Identify and manage relationships with key advocacy groups
  • Co-develop educational guides, webinars, and awareness campaigns
  • Coordinate content review panels
  • Secure co-branded distribution opportunities

SEO & Performance Optimization

  • Identify ranking gaps and optimize content
  • Maintain EEAT signals
  • Refresh and expand legacy pages 

Project & Vendor Management

  • Participate in budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage agency and freelance relationships
  • Track and report outcomes 

Additional responsibilities as assigned (e.g., Social Media, Internal Communications, Graphic Design)
