Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced PRN Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in an on-call capacity. This role provides intermittent, primarily during after-hours, weekends, or holiday call coverage. The PRN RN will respond to patient needs, provider requests, and urgent clinical situations based on a rotating call schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to after-hours patient calls, provider escalations, or procedural support needs as scheduled.

Assess and triage patient concerns over the phone or in person if needed, based on clinical protocols.

Provide accurate, timely communication to providers and document all patient interactions in the EMR.

Follow practice protocols for urgent medication questions, post-operative concerns, or procedural guidance.

Participate in on-call rotation as determined by department scheduling needs.
