Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing ENT and Allergy specialty practices. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting physicians and the broader healthcare team. The nurse will play a key role in direct patient care, clinical procedures, patient education, and ensuring a safe and efficient clinic environment. Whether RN or LPN, the successful candidate will demonstrate a patient-focused approach, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to SENTA Partners’ mission of excellence in care.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments (vital signs, histories, and health concerns) and communicate findings to providers.
  • Administer medications, treatments, injections, and immunizations as ordered.
  • Assist with diagnostic tests, lab specimen collection, and preparation for analysis.
  • Support physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Provide patient education on medical conditions, procedures, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document patient responses to care, maintaining accurate and compliant medical records in the EHR.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment, following sterile and safety protocols.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, triage calls, and coordinate scheduling/follow-ups to support efficient clinic operations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, providers, and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Promote a positive patient experience and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to medical assistants and other clinical team members as needed.

  • Clinic Hours:
    • Monday-Friday (Office closes at noon on Friday!)
    • No Weekends!
    • Candidate may need to occasionally float between nearby offices
