Position Summary:
The Practice Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, providing administrative leadership and support across clinic locations and surgery centers. This position ensures high-quality services are provided in alignment with established policies and procedures while working collaboratively with physicians to manage overall operations. The Practice Administrator also oversees facility evaluations, staff performance measures, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across all office locations, including clinics and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
- Identify and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between providers and SENTA leadership, addressing clinical, operational, and other provider concerns.
- Regularly meet with the Executive Director and Physician Leadership to provide recommendations, reporting, and insights.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize clinical and surgical performance.
- Oversee facility management, including relocations and new development opportunities.
- Support governance initiatives as defined by SENTA and physician leadership.
- Assist with special projects as directed by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-site clinical management experience; ASC experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with progressive increases in management responsibility.
- Experience managing financial performance, including P&L oversight.
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work beyond standard hours when needed.
- Professional, reliable demeanor with a strong work ethic.
