We are a large ENT & Allergy practice with multiple locations. We are looking for a few positive, motivated, professional, well spoke, patient focused scheduling coordinators. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Basic insurance knowledge a must.

Monday through Friday in our Canton location. 8-5 pm.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service
  • Healthcare experience
  • Scheduling experience
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Knowledge of standard clinic practices, policies and procedures.
  • Six months of customer service or call center experience preferred.
