Job Summary:
The Regional Director of Operations will oversee the operations of SENTA Partners’ ENT and Allergy private practices within a designated region. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and compliant operation of our practices, driving performance improvements, and supporting our mission of providing high-quality care. The Regional Director of Operations will collaborate closely with practice managers, physicians, and the corporate leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of ENT and Allergy private practices within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Monitor practice performance metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with practice managers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and financial performance of practices within the region.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to address variances.
Staff Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers and staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and address any workforce issues promptly.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development among staff.
Patient Experience:
- Ensure practices deliver exceptional patient care and service.
- Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor feedback.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Strategic Planning and Growth:
- Support the integration of newly acquired practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in ENT or related specialties.
- Proven track record of managing multiple healthcare facilities or practices.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as required.
